Frédéric
is the founder and Managing Director of Foxi Advisory. A graduate of École Polytechnique and a former consultant at McKinsey, he brings over 20 years of experience advising C-level decision-makers in both public and private sectors. His approach blends strategic acumen with entrepreneurial drive, and he has recently focused on AI-related strategy and transformation.
Hafid
is a seasoned strategy consultant with more than 12 years of experience in leading consulting firms. He has supported a wide range of clients on topics including corporate strategy, organizational design, M&A integration, and digital transformation, with missions conducted across Europe, North Africa, and the GCC.
Together, they activated a trusted network of senior advisors and boutique firms—many of whom are former partners at MBB firms or ex-executives from CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies — allowing Foxi Advisory to consistently deploy highly experienced, impact-driven teams tailored to each client’s needs.
